When we see our resources not only as God’s provision for us but as tools He desires us to use to care for others, we begin to understand the vastness of His love and sovereignty. As spiritual children of Abraham, we, too, are “blessed to be a blessing” (Genesis 12:1-3). We are invited into relationship with God and with His people. When we care for those He loves, we care for Him. “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” (Luke 6:38).

There are plenty of scriptures in the bible that clearly instruct us to care for the orphans, the widows and the poor. There are promises in the Word of God's blessings in our lives when we help the less fortunate in their time of need.

In 2012, we as Christs Calvary, have made up in our hearts to start helping and serving the poor in a significant way. We want to make a genuine difference in the communities, villages, towns and cities where God has opened doors for us.

Our mission statement for CCALF is "Loving People, Changing Lives" and as a ministry we have always been on a mission of changing the lives of people with the Word of God, but this year we are taking it to another level. We want to show in action the love of God by giving, serving, praying, blessing and doing good to others.

Ephesians 5:1-2 says, "Be ye therefore imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of a sweet smell."

It is with this heart of loving people like Christ loved us, that we have launched the “ Christ’s Calvary Amazing Love Foundation". The vision of CCALF is to love & empower the underprivileged.

WHY WE GIVE

We believe in the Biblical principle of tithing. In Malachi 3:10  the Bible talks about bringing the first 10% (tithe) of your income into the storehouse (church). Tithes and Offerings received at Christ’s Calvary for  the vision and Charity activities of our Ministry.

Proverbs 21:26 says ‘the godly love to give’, this is seen through the countless volunteer hours offered to run community programs, in those serving in church services and through those who financially support the church and its initiatives.
